Delete your Nepdrop account

You can permanently delete your Nepdrop account and the data associated with it at any time. This page describes how to request deletion and what happens to your data.

From the app

Open Nepdrop and sign in.
Go to Account → Delete Account.
Confirm. Your account is removed and you are signed out immediately.

By email

If you can no longer sign in, email us from the address or with the phone number tied to your account:

[email protected] — please include your registered phone number for verification.

What gets deleted

Your profile (name, email, phone, profile picture)
Your saved addresses and payment preferences
Your messages and reviews
Devices and notification tokens

What we retain

For legal, tax, and safety reasons, some records are retained beyond account deletion in compliance with applicable Nepali law:

Transaction records (order, shipment, payment) for the period required by tax authorities
Anonymized analytics that cannot be linked back to you
Records required for fraud prevention and dispute resolution
